“We hired Michelle for our wedding photos and the whole experience was amazing! Michelle was very friendly and super responsive. Any time I reached out, she responded in less than a day, if not right away. From the start, she had so many great ideas on where to take photos to the day-of schedule. 

Our wedding took place during covid and our plans had to continuously change. Michelle was super flexible and understanding the whole time. We ended up doing photos of me and my soon-to-be husband before the wedding and having the ceremony photographed, while pushing everything off again for next year. The photo session was a lot of fun! My husband and I wanted to schedule a photography session for our children (ages 10,15 and 16) but after researching photographers and reviewing several websites we decided to hold off. All of the work just looked the same and we really wanted something unique without changing our children’s appearance by over-editing the photos. There were only a few photographers in the area that stood out, but once we contacted them we realized that they charged significantly more than we were willing to spend. About a month later I saw a Facebook post featuring an Ella Rose Photography session on a friend’s Facebook page and the photos were magazine worthy!
I reached out to Michelle who promptly followed up to set up and was pleasantly surprised at how affordable she was. We briefly discussed some ideas. While I knew what I wanted I did not know how to achieve the look I was striving to achieve. Michelle sent me several ideas regarding the location, wardrobe, and props which simplified the planning process and made it less overwhelming. She also referred me to her Pinterest page that was filled with ideas. I loved all of the photos so much that the only hard part was narrowing them down and deciding which ideas we wanted to pursue.

When we arrived for the session Michelle was ready to go and was wonderful with our children, especially our youngest, who has multiple disabilities and can be very challenging. Her professionalism, kindness, and patience made it a fun, memorable afternoon for our entire family. Michelle’s work really speaks for itself. After our family and friends saw the gallery they ended up scheduling their own sessions…even family members who have used the same photographer for years are now working with Michelle. She is so very talented and we can’t wait to work with her next fall for our son’s senior pictures”!
